White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies
Ingredients
½ cup Granulated Sugar
½ cup Brown Sugar
⅔ cup Unsalted Butter
2 Eggs
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 cups Flour
1 tsp Kosher Salt
½ tsp Baking Soda
½ cup White Chocolate Chips
½ cup Macadamia Nuts
Preparation
Don't Forget
Preheat oven to 350°F
Let the Mixing Begin!
In a large bowl, mix the sugar with the unsalted butter.
Add eggs and vanilla into the mixture until creamy.
In a separate bowl, sift the flour, salt, and baking powder.
Gently (or at a low speed), mix the dry ingredients into the wet mixture, a little at a time.
Once the dough has formed, fold in the white chocolate chips and the macadamia nuts.
To the Oven!
Using an ice cream scoop, measure the dough into the desired size onto a silicone mat or parchment-lined baking sheet; allow enough space between cookies.
Bake at 350°F for 9-10 minutes or until lightly browned.
Assembly
Transfer cookies onto a cooling rack and allow to cool for 10 minutes. Enjoy!
